Why we built Speechless
Businesses told us the same thing over and over: the phones never stop, and the team can never quite keep up. Calls ring out after hours, callers wait on hold, and every new seat means another round of hiring and training.
Voice AI could already hold a real conversation. What was missing was someone to own the result. Most tools hand you a platform and leave your team to write prompts, wire up systems and fix what breaks. We built Speechless to take on the whole job instead.

We run it, you do not
There is no console to learn and no prompt for your team to maintain. We build the agent, we operate it, and we keep tuning it after it goes live. If it gets something wrong, that is our problem to fix.
It starts with your real calls
Not a template and not a demo script. We listen to recordings of how your calls actually go, and the agent is built from what we hear, including the parts it should refuse to handle.
The agent never pretends
It does not claim to be human, it does not invent an answer to sound helpful, and it hands the call to a person the moment it should. A confident wrong answer costs more than a transfer.
Nothing we cannot show you
Every call leaves a full transcript, the tools the agent used, and why it ended. We read them with you. Claims about performance should be checkable, so we keep the evidence rather than the summary.
