When you book a meeting or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, your work email, and optionally your phone number and your company website.

When you talk to a demo agent on this site, we process the audio of that conversation and the transcript it produces. When you visit the site we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from your IP address, and device type.

To reply to you, to prepare for a meeting you booked, to run and improve the service, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell personal information.

With the providers that make the service work: cloud hosting, telephony, speech and language model providers, our calendar and our email tools. Each processes data on our instructions. We share information when the law requires it, and in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply until it is replaced.

Demo calls placed from this site are recorded and transcribed so we can improve the agents. Do not share information on a demo call that you would not want recorded.

For customers, recording and retention are configured per agent and per jurisdiction, and announcing a recording where the law requires it is part of that configuration.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Retention periods for customer call data are set per agreement.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to some processing. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. You can decline analytics cookies from the banner on this site at any time.

This service is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

If we change it, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to customers directly rather than only posted here.
