Terms of Service

If you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs your use of the service and takes precedence over anything on this page. These terms cover this website, the demo agents on it, and any enquiry you send us. In these terms, “Speechless”, “we” and “us” mean Speechless AI Ltd.

Speechless builds and operates voice agents for businesses. There is no self-serve signup, no public API, and no unattended provisioning: every deployment starts with a scoping conversation and is configured by us.

The demo agents on this site exist so you can hear the product. They are limited in length and in how many calls one visitor may place. Do not use them to transmit anything unlawful, to attempt to reach our infrastructure, or to place automated calls.

Demo calls are recorded and transcribed. Nothing said to a demo agent creates an obligation on us, and nothing a demo agent says is advice, a quote or a commitment.

You may not use the service to harass, defraud or deceive, to place calls that break telemarketing or recording-consent law in the relevant jurisdiction, to impersonate another organisation, or to build a competing product from it.

The recordings, transcripts and business data you bring remain yours. We process them to run the service for you, on your instructions and under the Privacy Policy. We do not use them to train models shared with anyone else.

This site, its copy, its design and the Speechless name and mark belong to us. Third party names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners and appear as factual reference, not as an endorsement or a claim of partnership.

This website is provided as it is. We may change or withdraw the demo agents at any time. Service levels for paid use are set in the signed agreement, not here.

The demo agents are illustrative. They speak from fictional data and their answers are not statements of fact about your business or ours.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from this website or the demos on it.

Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. A signed agreement may set its own governing law and venue.
